Ristorante del Borgo

The restaurant has an outstanding menu. 100% organic and vegetarian, which is a big plus, especially in this region where most restaurants still serve a traditional (meat) menu. Unfortunately at lunch they only serve a &ldquo;light lunch&rdquo;, so you cannot choose all the options. The food was excellent. The atmosphere is nice, being on a farm. So we have to go back for &ldquo;cena&rdquo;!

We had a lovely meal here and I would thoroughly recommend it. They have two menus to choose from - traditional and modern that will suit everyone.  I will eat there again and recommend it to anyone heading to Volterra.
